Program #2 slated for 7:00pm, Wednesday, January 27, 2010!

At Carousel Microcinema #1, we filled to capacity very quickly. It was wonderful to see so much interest in avant-garde cinema and contemporary video art, but really horrible having to turn people way. So  some friends pointed me to a new location. I am really excited about having Carousel Microcinema #2 occur at QUEEN BEE’S ART AND CULTURAL CENTER in the heart of North Park!. The proprietor, Alma Rodriquez is a very special person an a mission to create a space for homeless teenagers to build their lives and artist to share their work. It’s a really great space that will do real justice to the work of all of the artists who contributed work to this program. I can’t wait to tell you more about the really wonderul work we’ll watch this time.  Please check back soon for show concept and program notes.

I’ll be writing more about Program #2 in a few days. But for now, please put this on your calendars!
